Log into your Gojira account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
